With season 25 drawing to a close, Team Falcon are beginning to reflect on their most successful season to date which has launched the team to their highest ranking yet. Most of the credit must, of course, go to the talent of captain Clarence Caraway who has incredibly gone on to win 4 races and add a further 4 3rd place finishes. The 34 year old has gelled well with the rest of the team and has commanded their respect brilliantly with the experience he has gained over the years.
Caraway had this to say: "Well I arrived into a relatively inexperienced team and immediately became a leader amongst the men, we've managed to come a long way this year and get some fantastic results in all kinds of races which I am very happy about! The future of the team is looking bright with some new young talent, especially Gerard Childers who is showing incredible potential and can be a special rider for the team as shown recently!"
Gerard Childers has been one of the bright sparks of the team this year after massive improvements in his TT riding and climbing skills which have propelled him to being rated as the second best rider on the team. The Brit turned 25 just two days ago and celebrated in great style by coming in second in the Hoffelt ITT.
Childers said this: "I'm incredibly happy with how I've progressed this year, I finally feel like I'm beginning to make use of my potential and my 2nd place shows how I'm moving forward. I'm working on improving my climbing further before moving onto my downhill at the minute because I want to become the complete rider, I hope one day I can become the next leader of this team and lead them to wonderful things!"
The future is clearly bright for the team, with Caraway looking strong the spearhead the team for another season, and the young talent of Gerard Childers coming through to infuse a bit of youth into the team. However the question amongst all the riders is this: After such a good season for the team, what will they do next season for an encore?

Made some bad choices earlier in the game and now im pretty cash strapped so even if he was younger I'd struggle to get him one
Caraway should get a leadout if he wasn't so old.
Anytime :)
Cheers for the advice :)
I would advise to put them in for 5 days and then an extra day and then race. That way you should get them upto 80+ DP
Probably will be for me, need to get my guys DP back up to good enough levels
Congratz and the season isn't even over yet :)
